How does the monthly work budget work?
Every plan comes with a monthly pool of work, measured in dollars. As your staff do things — hold conversations, call tools, run scheduled jobs — they draw it down. The whole team shares one workspace budget, so there are no per-person limits to juggle. Need more room? Move up a tier.
What counts as a staff member?
One hire with their own name, job description, memory, and apps. You can rewrite their job description any time — that's coaching, not a new hire.
Can staff research things on the web?
Web research unlocks on Pro and up. On those plans, staff can browse the live web, read pages, and pull in what they find. Free and Starter staff work from what you give them — their manuals, files, and connected apps.
Which AI model do staff use?
Every staff member runs on the same capable, vision-ready model — there's nothing to choose or tune. What makes one staff member different from another is their job description, manuals, and apps, not a model setting.
What if I don't trust them to act on their own yet?
Then don't let them. Every workspace has a permission mode: chat only, ask first, or autonomous. In ask-first mode each action waits for your one-click approval — and if you're away, you get an email and the work resumes the moment you answer.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your settings in one click. Your staff politely log off, and your manuals and history stay available for export for 30 days.
