Your account

You're responsible for the accounts you create, the staff members you hire, and the apps you connect. Keep your login safe; tell us if it isn't.

Acceptable use

Don't use Dispatch to spam people, scrape data without permission, harass anyone, or do anything illegal. Don't hand your staff members tasks that would be wrong if a human did them.

We can suspend or end an account if it's used in a way that puts other customers, our infrastructure, or your own users at risk.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your data — what your staff write, send, and remember on your behalf. We own the service itself and the code that runs it.

Disclaimers

Dispatch does its best, but software is software. We don't guarantee uptime or that every reply your staff drafts is perfect. Review their work before it goes to a customer if it matters.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll email you and post the change here at least 30 days before it takes effect.
