What we collect

When you sign up we collect the minimum needed to give you an account: your name, email address, and team. When you connect an app — your inbox, calendar, helpdesk — we collect the data your staff member needs to do the job, and only that.

We log staff actions for your audit trail and our reliability — what they did, when, and how long it took. We don't collect content from you that we don't use.

How we use it

We use your data to run your staff members, show you what they did, and improve the product. We don't sell your data, ever, and we don't train shared AI models on it without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We share your data with a small set of vetted providers we use to run the service — Cloudflare for hosting and edge delivery, AI providers for inference, and the apps you connect yourself. We'll publish the full list before launch.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your settings. Cancellations keep your data available for 30 days for export, then it's permanently removed.
